Confetti Scalloped Potatoes

This is a great recipe for potluck dinners or bbq's. I have made this many times and never had any leftovers. I usually add more cheese and extra spices but all in all this is a quick and easy recipe that doesn't take any time to make.

This recipe is very basic. There is no surprise ingredients. It makes a cakey type cookie that is very good. Mine did not come out chewy at all but were still good and the kids love them.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Insanely easy recipe..Family loved it..They didn't even last a day..I dressed half of them up by rolling them in unsweetened cocoa for a grownup taste.
