Love this recipe! I have made it many, many times now and love it everytime...whether I used fresh basil or dried. Definitely a great go-to meal during the week!!

Pumpkin Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
Delicious! I made this as is and watched people hover around the kitchen as I put it on a platter with ginger snaps, vanilla wafers, apples, and pear slices, asking what it was. Once they had one taste, they were hooked. I thought someone was going to lick the pumpkin clean (I put the dip in a hollowed out baking pumpkin) :)

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
Wow this went over great at the Thanksgiving potluck I attended and everyone asked for the recipe. The best part was that while everyone was fighting for oven space, the stuffing just cooked in the crockpot on the counter! I used dried bread cubes from a local bakery and 4 C of veggie broth was perfect. Thanks for an amazing recipe. Will do this every year!!!!

Triple Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
I couldn't stand to use that much butter so I didn't. Tasted a bit dry but probably due to lack of insane amount of butter. Bummer!

Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
Good but kind of bland. In the last few minutes, I topped each with some freshly grated parmesan and that seemed to help. Good base recipe, though!

Salmon Spread I

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
I followed this almost to a tee. I definitely had more salmon so I threw it in. I didn't have seafood seasoning either and it came out great. Instead of mixing in a bowl, I tossed everything in the food processor and pulsed it until it was all mixed. Delicious!

Peanut Butter Pie 2000

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2009
This is awesome! It's like eating peanut butter ice cream in a pie. SO delicious. I added chocolate chips and won't do that next time. Because it goes in the freezer, I thought I was going to break my teeth. But the pie is incredible and I wouldn't change anything about it!!!

Great recipe! Had all the ingredients sitting ready to go. The dijon really makes it! Thanks a bunch. :-)
