Florns' Chinese Steamed Fish

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2012
I used 2 Roma tomatoes and a pack of shiitake mushrooms (3.5oz) and tilapia in a rice cooker. We loved it. We steamed it for 25 minutes and will definitely make again.

Mushroom Stuffed Beef Rouladen

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
The flavor seemed bland but that was probably my fault when I accidentally used red wine vinegar intstead of just red wine :) but I definitely want to try again to be sure. The meat reminded me of solid ground beef instead of steak. Maybe I over pounded it?

yum. I think next time I would like to add 1 more bar of cream cheese to the mix just to make it thicker.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: May 2, 2008
This was easy, fast, and very good. The patty is a bit on the soft side or maybe squishy is a better word. I personally did not mind that at all.

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2008
This was a very easy and delicious recipe. I used the irish soda bread in the Irish Breakfast recipe. I also used 2 teaspoons of caraway seeds and a 1 cup of raisins suggested by other reviews for the bread. The raisins and caraway seeds really go good together with a unique taste I haven't had before.

Irish Breakfast

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2008
My husband and I thought this was good with the Irresistable Irish Soda Bread. The sweet and moistness of the bread went well with the rest of the breakfast. It was fast and easy. I also stacked the bacon, bread, tomato, and egg on top of each other so I could taste everything in one bite. I couldn't fit the mushrooms on top but I still had them on the side and with every bite. Yum!
