Great recipe, I followed a few of the other reviewers suggestions to get what I was looking for- replaced 1/4c. flour with extra cocoa powder. used 1c. buttermilk instead of milk and water, used 1c. white sugar, 1/2 brown sugar. Loved them. Thanks for sharing your recipe :)

Pumpkin Coffee Cake

This was very good, I doubled the pumpkin as suggested by other reviews. I used whole wheat flour to make this and it was still very moist.

Chocolate Almond Pudding

Vegan Chocolate Cake

I doubled this recipe so I could use a 9x13 pan, I also doubled the amount of cocoa powder used. It was very very good, nice & moist. A perfect chocolate cake recipe.

Banana Cream Pie I

Lighter Banana Muffins

These were good, the kiddo's gobbled them up, I did as others suggested and add applesauce, & cut the sugar down to 1/2c. I also added some wheat germ, & ground flax to boost the nutrition. Thanks

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These took forever to bake, I used a 9x13 pan like it said, I am hopeless at making brownies, they were really yummy though the tops were a little to crispy. I may try making them again in a different pan, thanks.

Ranch Bean Dip

Yummy, made this for a girls night, spread in a pie plate & topped with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes,sliced black olives, a dollop of sour cream sprinkled with minced cilantro. Thanks for the wonderful recipe :)

Moist and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

This is the only PB cookie recipe you will ever need, it is that good! I added 1t. vanilla as some one else suggested. I used a small scoop to make little cookies and then put a pb frosting between to cookies for a cute dessert. Thanks for an amazing recipe! :)
