Berdean's Cube Steak

I confess! I modified just a bit, not much though. I added paprika and garlic powder to the flour and baked at 325 for an hour. The flavor was perfect and normally tough cube steaks were super tender. There was no need for milk or additional spices as just a touch of flour easily thickened the sauce into a gravy.

Apple Butter Pork Loin

I made this with a two pound piece of whole pork loin, not tenderloin. Roasting under foil in apple juice kept the meat tender and juicy while the apple butter mixture added a sweet and spicy finish. Served with extra apple butter and smashed garlic red potatoes, this dish was liked by all ages.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

My kids ask for this nearly every week. Because it's made in the crockpot, it couldn't be any easier. I serve it on sub buns with provolone or mozzarella slices and sauteed peppers and onions.

Amazing. I thought there wouldn't be enough sauce, but it's so rich, there's plenty. The sun dried tomatoes complement the Alfredo style sauce perfectly.

Chef John's Classic Pot Roast with Winter Vegetables

Fantastic. I made this exactly as written, only in the pressure cooker. 45 min to a fabulous meal! Love the parsnips; they add a really unique flavor. Oh yeah, I added 1/2 cup or so of red wine to the roux.

Pretty Chicken Marinade

This has become part of our regular rotation. So easy and so yummy. Every ingredient can be kept on hand. If it's ugly out, I either broil or use my FlavorWave. Awesome either way.

OMG!! I couldn't believe how much like lobster this tasted. I served it with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. 5 people ate for less than $20. Amazing.
