Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2010
This was the BEST rib recipe I have tried. I followed other folks reviews and did the dry rub then 30 minutes before they were done I applied sweet baby ray's bbq sauce and then brushed on a little more after they were done and they were fabulous! Talk about tender and falling off the bone. Everyone loved them. Next time I make them I will marinate them over night as stated by others and broil them afterwards but even without all that they were wonderful.

Asian Fire Meat

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2009
This was amazing! I have always known this as bulgogi. I have korean cousins who taught me how to make bulgogi and always guessed at the amount of ingredients each time but this was perfect! You took all the wory out of it for me to finally measure it all out. Though I did do just a couple things different which are also different from my own bulgogi recipe. I have never cooked with leeks or even handled them before and didnt know what to do with it when I saw it so I bought 1 each of red, yellow & orange bell peppers ( to match with the whole title of *fire* meat ) and I searched forever in walmart to find the red pepper flakes even asked someone to help me and no one could find them so I tried using crushed red pepper and sprinkled in some ground red pepper. Didnt care for the twang of the crushed and the more intense heat it packed in so hopefully when I can find the red pepper flakes it will be just right in that sense. It was a pleasant and wonderful surprise how great it was. My mother whose such a picky eater when it comes to asian food loved it instantly and told me no more take out she wants this from now on. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe!! God Bless

Elegant Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2007
If I was rating this myself I would give it a 1 no offense but I hated it BUT my boyfriend rated it an 8 out of a 1-10 and my step-dad liked them to. So, I think it's just a preference of taste. Thanks for the recipe though.

Spanish Rice Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
This is deff. a keeper though it taste's no way like anything spanish. Taste kind of like those stuffed bell peppers then sometimes it made me think it was similar to meat loaf but no it's just very good and thank you for posting this recipe. This would be a good holiday casserole dish.

Enchilada Casserole II

Reviewed: May 1, 2007
I think it was very good and really really awesome for something so easy and simple to make. I think next time I'll dice some bell pepper to saute' and add to it. (I'm a veggie person) And add some raw chopped onion on top with jalapeno slices. Though for my first time I didn't want to add anything and mess it up and I thought it was very very good. I did have to add a lil bit more chili powder and cumin and I didn't have any tomatoe paste so I just used the one can of tomatoe sauce. I also had Alberts Hot Sauce with it which was supper yummy together. But hey! Like I said it was great! =) Good one! Deff. a keeper!
