Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2008
As I prepared this recipe I thought it was a little questionable, but it turned out GREAT! No changes necessary, it's yummy just the way it is. My husband hates mustard, but even he loved it. I will definitely make this one again!

Bowties and Broccoli

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2008
With a few minor changes, this recipe turned out EXCELLENT! After steaming the broccoli, I tossed in with the garlic and oil for a few minutes. That helped to blend the flavors a bit. Also, I took a suggestion from another review to use chicken broth instead of reserved pasta water. This recipe was quick, easy and good!! I will definitely make it again...thanks!!

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2008
I really liked this recipe, but unfortunately it wasn't a hit with my husband. He thought it was too sweet. I will possibly make it again for myself sometime though.

Excellent!! The husband and I both loved it and went back for seconds. It's a big recipe for the two of us, but the leftovers heat up well for lunches. I will definitely make this one again. Thanks!!

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2008
This was easy and yummy too! I did make a couple of small changes to this recipe. I reduced the cheddar cheese, used regular onion instead of green onion, added a small can of mushrooms and an extra egg. It turned out great!! Will make again. Thanks!

This one was a hit with the husband!! It was a tad sweet for me, so I may scale back on the syrup some next time. Still very good though and I will definitely make this one again. Thanks!!

This recipe was tasty and super quick to prepare!! It was a hit with my husband - he ate one serving and went back for more. I thought it was missing something though, but I'm not quite sure what. I will definitely make it again with a tweak or two. Thanks!!

Low-Fat Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2007
This is a easy weeknight dish to throw together and stick in the oven. I thought it could have used a little salt, but was still very tasty. My husband suggested that maybe nextime I add some cubed ham or broccoli to liven it up a bit.

Spinach Saute

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2007
This was my first experience cooking fresh spinach, so it's very possible that I did something wrong on this one. I used a whole bag of fresh spinach and still thought there was way too much cream cheese. My husband thought it was just okay, but I really didn't care for it. Thanks for the recipe anyway...

Chili Potato Burritos

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2007
Yummy! This recipe was a great starting point. With a few small adjustments, this turned out to be an excellent meal!! I followed the suggestions of others to add corn and onion. I also traded the chili powder/cumin for 3/4 packet of chili seasoning and topped with the whole jar of enchilada sauce. My husband and I both loved it!! I will definitely make this one again.

Great recipe - My husband really enjoyed this one!! I didn't have any of the cereal on hand so I omitted that part and added the onion powder. It came out very tasty. Will definitely make again.

FANTASTIC!! Everyone loved this dish. I used fresh corn and a can of "diced" tomatoes instead of "stewed". It was quick, easy and turned out absolutely delish. Will definitely make this one again!

Delicious Easy Chicken Francese

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2007
Instead of baking I made this dish all in one skillet pan. It was definitely tasty, but the sauce was a little runny as commented by others. The husband loved it so I will definitely make it again.
