Kielbasa and Veggies
Used fresh vegetables, and more cheese. Instead of lemon pepper i used powdered chicken bouillon. Tasty!

Chow Mein Noodle Casserole
Such yummy comfort food. I used the chicken soup and added a can of water chestnuts, and also briwn rice instead of white. A bit healthier and still very tasty.

I actually didn't do the whole water bath cooking method, but it was still very good.
