Chicken and Bow Tie Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2013
Very good, but a little too runny. I reduced the sauce by 1/2 cup when it was all mixed. Will use less chicken broth next time.

Spanish Chicken and Chorizo

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2013
It is edible, but I wouldn't make it again. I don't understand how the sauce is so light colored in the picture when there are 2 tablespoons of paprika in the dish.

Camp Cornbread

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2012
Like other reviewers suggested, I doubled all the ingredients except the cream corn. Delish. I put it in a 8x8 pan and served with chili. It is a sweet cornbread.

Excellent bean recipe. I used the brown sugar and water substitute for molasses and it turned out great.

Carolina Style Low Carb Barbecue Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2012
This recipe is a savior for low carb eaters. I loved it and will definitely be making it again. I'm going to try is with the a liquid "sugar" as well and see how that works. I omitted the liquid smoke because I didn't have it, still excellent!

White Bean Spread With Garlic & Rosemary

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
Added another can of beans, drained, and tripled spices in hopes of ressurrecting it. I think it would be fine if you drain the beans initially....

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2012
Total 5 start meatloaf! The sauce is delish and I doubled it for dipping. I also tried it with turkey and it was moist still, even though ground turkey tends to be dry. YUM!

I bought a pre-marinated dijon tenderloin from the store and it needed something, so I made it into this recipe and it was delicious!
