Yummy Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
This is DELICIOUS! Everyone LOVED it. I chopped the artichokes so there wouldn't be big/uneven pieces and I added chopped jalapenos (the pickled kind in a jar). I used a real good quality parm cheese that I shredded myself and served with pita chips. FANTASTIC! I will be making this again very soon and trying some fresh bread to dip. YUMM! Thanks for the recipe!

Chocolate Cream Pie II

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2011
For taste, this is more than 5 stars! Absolutely rich and WONDERFUL, HOWEVER, I wish I would have read the other reviews first. I only used the 3 TBSP of cornstarch as called for and it did not properly set up. I will make this again and increase the cornstarch to 4 TBSP. FANTASTIC pie!!! Thanks for the recipe!

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2011
This is really good. After reading several other reviews, I decided to tweak only a little. I cooked the chicken in the crockpot all day so it was moist, tender and falling apart. I added about 3/4 cup of milk to the soup/salsa mix, and I cut back on the rice a bit. It was super moist and taste great. I think this would be fantastic wrapped up in a burrito. I will try that next time! Thanks for the yummy recipe!

Special Hamburger Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2011
This sauce is absolutely fantastic!! My family loved this. This was even better than, *ahem*, that fast food place with the famous special sauce. Thank you so much for the awesome recipe that indulges my fast food craving with ingredients fresh from my own kitchen!

Creamy Chipotle Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
This is absolutely AWESOME with so much flavor and spice. I served this with steamed jasmine rice and it paired perfectly. Others mentioned about the cream cheese being chunky thoughout the sauce, but there is a very simple fix for that. I softened the cream cheese in the microwave, stirred, then added the soup, peppers, broth, and pepper sauce right into the cream cheese mix. I stirred until it was all mixed and smooth and poured over my chicken. No cream cheese lumps at all and it turned out perfect! Thank you so much for an amazing recipe. This one is added to my favorites for sure!!

Chocolate Chow Mein Clusters

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2011
These are really good! I whipped these up in no time. I doubled the recipe and I used crushed pecans in place of the peanuts. (just a taste preference) I also added some coconut to part of the batch and it was great. I can't wait to experiment with these recipe. I think it would be yummy to add some craisins. Thank you for the super easy, fantastic recipe!

Berry Smoothie

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
This is so delicious. I modified, to my own personal taste preference, and it was so good. I used Vanilla Soy milk instead of plain milk (and I used more than called for because it was too thick for my liking) and I only used 1 cup of mixed berries, rather than the 2 cups called for. It was so yummy! Love this and will make again..and again!! Thanks for the great recipe!

Chicken Broccoli Supper

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2011
This dish was just okay for me. I thought it could use a little more flavor or it seemed to just be missing something. I think it would be great with some crushed Ritz crackers/melted butter on top..maybe a little more cheese. I already had some cooked chicken and I used that, instead of the raw chicken. That worked out just fine. I will make this again, but jazz it up with some more flavor. Thank you for the recipe!

Cajun Style Baked Sweet Potato

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
I *LOVED* this recipe, absolutely loved it! I diced the sweet potatoes in cubes, drizzled olive oil over the cubes and tossed around. (I used a bit more olive oil than called for because I didn't want to potatoes to be dry) I then added the spices after tossing in the oil. The spices go so well the the sweetness of the potato, YUMMY!!! Thank you for the recipe!

Orange Drop Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2011
These cookies are wonderful. As I started making them, I realized I didn't have an orange for the zest (I know, silly me), but I did have a lemon. So, I used lemon zest and that was the only thing I did differently and they were absolutely fantastic. A great, light, "citrusy" cookie. Thanks for the recipe!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2011
This is excellent after a couple of "personal preference" tweaks. I only added 2 cups of sugar and substituted 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce for the oil and it was great. Thanks for the yummy recipe!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2011
These sugar cookies are so awesome! A little crispy on the outside and soft/fluffy on the inside. I used all butter, instead of shortening (personal preference) and they turned out great. As is, I thought they could actually use a little more sugar, but I put some vanilla frosting on the cookie and it was perfect! Thanks for the great recipe!

MMMMM... Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
These brownies are excellent! I prefer 'fudgy' brownies over cake like brownies and these were super fudgy just the way I like them. I did as others mentioned by doubling the recipe and baking in a 9 x 13 glass pan. I also used espresso in place of the water and it was just perfect! I can't wait to make these again using a darker chocolate. Thanks for the great recipe!

These are really good! I had a bit of a hard time getting the dough to roll out, but they came out so nice and everyone, even my picky eaters, ate this up! Thanks for the great recipe. I will make this again, for sure!

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2011
This is really good. For my own personal preference, I added about 1 cup of applesauce and cut the choc chips and oats to about 1/2 cup each. The muffins were very moist and yummy. Other's have mentioned their muffins were "crumbly", I did not have that problem. Thank you for the great recipe!

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
Look no further for a pancake recipe! I made this recipe exactly as written and it is FANTASTIC!!! The BEST pancakes I have ever made! I thought that the batter might be a little too 'thick', but the pancakes turned out perfect. (crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside) Thanks for the great recipe. I will for sure be making again!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2011
This is the BEST taco soup recipe I have ever tried! I have made 2 changes, just based on personal preference: I do not cook with alcohol, so I substitue a bottle of Mexican malt soda for the beer, and I also throw in a packet of dry ranch seasoning. This gives a huge burst of flavor and is absolutely wonderful. LOVE, LOVE this recipe!!! Thanks so much for posting!
