This was the best rice pudding I have had in a really long time. It didn't take long at all. I didn't add the raisins because I don't care for them but added a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon. I also ended up tempering the egg, I thought that was the safest way to do it so I wouldn't scramble it. Let me tell you the end result was amazing, thick and creamy and perfect. Thank you Erica G. for a great recipe.
