I am retired from a life on the railroad. I travel the country site seeing,fishing,and eating. Fish,BBQ,and smoked fowl. This past thanksgiving I brined and smoked my first turkey and it could not have been any better. The best I have ever eaten if it is all rigt to toot your own horn. trying to find the right power setting on my microwave to make microwave roue. I turned 4 batches of it to cinder untill I got the setting right. Now it is full proof,comes out perfect in 6 minutes.
