I loved this recipe! It tasted like my Grandma's and was a piece of cake compared to other fruit honey recipes! It definitely takes a while to make though so set aside a few hours. I made a bigger batch and did 12 Cups Pears, 2/3 Cup Pineapple Juice, and 12 Cups Sugar and it turned out great. I also took some advice from one of the previous reviews and cooked it on a lower setting for three hours and I didn't have a problem with it burning. It's not quite as thick as regular honey, but it comes close and is thicker than my Grandma's recipe. I will definitely use this recipe again! I can't wait to make some home made bread now to go with!

Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta

I made this bruschetta for a lunch with a friend and we both agreed it was interesting at best. Neither of us cared for the sun dried tomatoes in it and agreed it would be a wonderful recipe with fresh chopped tomatoes in place of the sun dried variety. I will try the recipe again without the sun dried tom's next time.

Enchilada Casserole III

I loved this recipe! I took it with to a potluck and it was a huge hit. I used fat free beans, low fat cheese and low fat tortillas but no one even noticed. I agree it could use a little more meat mixture in it though and I think it's really wonderful if you use the black beans with a hint of lime in them.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

I just finished making these and they turned out wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly and I think the one thing I would change is that I would cook them one minute less than the recipe states. It might just be my oven, but I think they were more crispy than chewy and my hubbie said they'd be perfect if they were just a bit more chewy.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

This bread recipe turned out perfect in my oven and I got a ton of compliments on it. My kids gobbled it up and we had none left by the next day! I made it just as the recipe called for it to be made.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

These are delicious. I made 1/3 of the batch exactly as the recipe called, 1/3of the batch with chocolate chips, and the rest with white chocolate. I thought that they were best with white chocolate, but they are still wonderful just the way the recipe calls for them.

Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting

This was delicious but it is definitely only for cakes-and needs refrigeration! I used it for cupcakes and it didn't firmed up at all. We took the cupcakes somewhere and the icing got all over my tupperware and didn't stay at all on the cupcakes. We wound up with quite a mess and some very ugly cupcakes. It was very yummy mess though!

Salad Dressing Cupcakes

These were so moist and delicious! My three year old made them with me and we had a blast! It was a very easy recipe! I would definitely use muffin cup liners next time though because they are so moist they tend to crumble very easy!

Angel Food Cake III

This recipe turned out awesome! I tried one other before this one and didn't like the way it turned out but this one was very simple and tasted wonderful. My husband ate half the cake in one sitting and wanted me to make another cake for the next day! What a hit!

Yellow Angel Food Cake

This cake was tasty but I didn't think it had the consistancy of angel food cake. I decided to try it because I hate wasting egg yolks! My husband loved the flavor but commented it was not spongy and light like other angel food cakes. It's an easy recipe but I prefer other angel food recipes over this one.

Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake with Caramel Sauce

My mother can't have gluten so I made this for her birthday. It was not as hard as I thought it would be-I baked it in a regular cake pan and it worked great! I have made it several times since and there have never been leftovers!
