Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
We've been using this recipe for quite a while now. This is by far one of my family's favorite soups. We like to throw some bacon in it now and then just for some extra flavor but it is fantastic! It also freezes and reheats nicely too.

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes
These are fantastic! I ended up using butternut squash (baked and pureed) instead of pumpkin because I had a ton of it on hand that I needed to use. They still came out very tasty! I made some Super Mario Bros fondant toppers to go on it for a friends birthday. Definitely will make again!

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bread
It is not bad but seems to be missing something. I usually like my breads on the spicy side so next time I'll add some spices to it.
