Italian Love Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
I made this cake 2 days ago and its gone. I however tasted it yesterday and it didn't taste the same as it did today. The cake sitting for 24 hours made a huge difference. I used choc fudge cake and choc fudge pudding mix. I wish that the ricotta layer was a bit sweeter... next time I will add more sugar.

Boneless Buffalo Wings

These are really good, and almost exactly the same as the copy cat recipe I use from applebee's rest. I used more butter in my hot sauce. Sooooo yummy.

Meringue Kisses

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
I found that the meringue kisses came out better baking at 225 for about 45 minutes. My first batch I followed as directed and they cracked and were a little wet inside. The second batch when I lowered and longered cooking they came out much better. Thannks.

Cream Cheese Christmas Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
I made this cookies for the first time for my Cookie platter. Was looking for a different type of cookie... and I found it. They taste so good and have nice flavor. The sugar crystalizes on the cookie and gives it a nice little crunch but the middles are nice and soft. Will make again. Thanks for the recipe.

Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
These were great. Made these for dinner over the weekend. I made some modifications. I like other reviewers cooked the chicken in some EVOO and garlic, then added everything else in. I shredded the chicken and mixed with ricotta cheese and mozz/parm cheese... then stuffed the shells. Topped with homemade sauce... great.

Grilled Chicken Adobo

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
This was a good recipe that I will make again. The chicken was so tender. I made it for 6 servings, used low sodium soy sauce, increased water 1/2 cup and ommitted the bay leaf. So yum.

Beef Tips and Noodles

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2008
Very easy recipe that was delish! I tweaked a little, added 1/2 cup of milk, 2 cans of cream of mushroom (low sodium) and cooked for about 5 hours in my slow cooker. Served over noodles with homemade bread. Great hearty meal.

very moist and delicious! The only modification I did was use Dream Whip rather than just straight cool whip. So good!

Antipasto Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2008
Great Basic recipe, you can add whatever you like! Made this for a family thing and everyone loved it. I just used bottled italian dressing rather than what the recipe called for, still turned out good!

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2008
Thank you for this recipe. Yes, it can get messy... but so worth it! I will never buy the frozen store bought cheese sticks again! These came out so yummy, crispy and not greasy at all. So yum in fact that I totally forgot to snap a pic before we all gobbled them down. I did read the reviews on this site and "double dipped" for a thicker coating. They tasted just like the ones that you get when you eat out cept not frozen! This is going in the to make again box.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2007
This was the first cheesecake I ever made and it was so easy and so good. I left it in the oven as the recipe said for 6 hours until it completely cooled then put it in the fridge for another 5 hours until I served it. My hubby LOVED it and now I will make it again for the holidays. Thank you for the recipe!
