I prepared one 4.5lb chicken, stuffed if full of onion and garlic. I sealed it in a Foodsaver bag for 12 hours and it cooked to 170 degrees in 3.5 hours. It was very easy, juicy, and made the house smell divine. We ate it clean and the remains are simmering for homemade chicken stock.
I'll make this again for sure!
