Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Excellent cookie. Mine came out a little saltier then I like but that comes down to the ingredients I choose since obviously there is no salt in this recipe. I did follow it exact except did only half. I didn't need six dozen cookies in my house but I got exactlly 36 cookies so great measurements. This cookie is so soft and delish. Took very little time for me to make which was amazing I got this done with a just turned two year old trying to "help" and a just turned five month old who wants constant attention. Highly recommend this. *update* I was a little disapointed the next day because these cookies got a little soggie like. So I thought maybe I'll throw these in the toaster oven on toast (not toaster) and believe it or not they came out just like new and with a little light crisp on top but still chewy!!

Divine Hard-Boiled Eggs

Thank you! Thank you!! I am a pretty good cook and I could not for the life of me hard boil an egg. I am kind of embarrased to even say that and if any of my friends read this they would laugh. But now I can cook one and it has open my world up to some new dishes. Honestly I think this should be one of the first things any cook should learn. It teaches treating ingredients lightly, timing and temperture. You turned me into a better cook.

Dirt Cake I

This is one of the best and easiest. I agree with another reviewer if you have a non heavy duty food processor like I do then you should break them up in a bag and then crumble in the processor. This reminded my of a day at elementry school and we all brought a treat. I loved this and this was just like I remeber twenty years ago. Thank you so much for the recipe.

Christmas Egg Puff

This is not just made on xmas. I make it all year round. It is to easy and good. The perfect base for any number on possibilities. I've made it just as and it's good but I love adding things to it. Vegetable or meants and different cheeses. Try it and you'll like it. Only thing I do different is cook it longer but no big deal.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies II

This was so great!! This reciepe is going to be a keeper. It reminds me of the Subway sandwich shop cookie. I can't wait for my husband's soldiers to try these out tomorrow. All 90 cookies I baked up!!

Cake in a Jar

How amazing was this!! I didn't know what to do for this deployment and I found this before he left. His birthday is today and I can't wait for him to get it. It taste a little different baked in a jar, but not to much. Thanks so much for such a great idea.

Beer Pancakes

I used Sam Adam's Boston Lager and still didn't like these. My husband an avid beer consumer also didn't care for these. I gave it two stars since it was a good try for a milk substitute and it was edible but next time I will run down to the store for milk. Nice try.

Kentucky Biscuits

I can't say these our my favorite. I'm going to keep looking for a biscuit recipe. They weren't bad. A little dense and I recommend making these big. Give them a try others love this and they are easy.

Cheesy Hash Brown Bake

I loved this dish. It was like a loaded bake potato. At the party it was gone before everyone was even at the house. My husband wants me to make it tomorrow at dinner. Since it is a new recipe I will make it again but it probably isn't the most healty dish but like other reviewers suggested there are ways to make it less bad for you. I will make this many more times for sure.

Party Punch II

I liked this drink and it was pretty fun but I love citrus drinks. Only one other person drank it as well out of a party of fourteen. I would have loved this when I was tweenty one when everyone was just trying to get wasted but couldn't handle the taste of alchol. Just would have had to triple the liqour. Try this fun drink.

Southern Style Banana Split Cake

This was one of the most awsome desserts I have ever had!! I had to rave about this one. I made this for a party and everyone loved it. It taste just like a banana split. I only had two bananas but I recomend you follow the recipe exact. It really is a perfect dessert. I will make this as many times as I get a chance.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

I made this for a chili party I was having and this was really good. It was a fifty-fifty split on who loved it and liked it. But at least nobody hated it. Like everyone else says I would cook this an hour esspecially if you have a lower heating oven. Great inexspesive way to jazz up cornbread and a good way to use up some corn. Will make this again.

Grits Casserole

Best Brownies

These were so good, not a cake not fudge either. A real brownie which was soft and delish. I didn't make the glaze but I think I will next time because I love over the top sweets but without is probably perfect fot a mild sweet tooth.Try it out it wasn't hard to make and I already had everything in my kitchen.
