My first experience making this recipe was not a good one, since the cooking temperature and time were way underestimated, not sure where that came from. I'd say 375 for 45 - 60 minutes. Also, 2 lbs of cut up potatoes do not fit in an 8x8 dish without being piled up, so I had to go the next size up, I believe 11x8. This really threw off our dinner plans as we kept waiting for them to be done. Also, the potatoes had a pretty good flavor, but they needed some herbs, maybe a tbsp of either thyme or Italian seasoning. I think I'll just forget it and find another recipe!
