I really enjoyed this recipe, though I made some changes. I used the no boil lasagna noodles and they worked just fine. I also added a layer over the spinach and artichoke layer, of a ricotta mixture (ricotta cheese, 1 egg, mozzerella cheese, parsley some salt & pepper)--sorry, I don't have the exact measurements, I tend to cook by taste and visual appearance. I think this added layer of cheeses gave the dish more substance. My vegitarian daughter just loved it, and so did her meat eating brother. Very yummy and consider this recipe a keeper.
