Tomato Chicken Parmesan
Ok.... this came out so, so good. I breaded with Italian Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs, and fired in Canola Oil until both sides got golden. Placed them in a baking pan poured home made spaghetti sauce over the chicken, placed a slice of swiss cheese over them and baked for 30 minutes.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
Awesome!! Here are some additions to make it better.... 1 tablespoon FRESH (NOT DRIED) basil, mint and parsley, 1 full cup of heavy cream (instead of 1/2 a cup), 3 large garlic cloves MASHED and 2 tablespoons red wine. HOLY MOLY!!!!! WOW!!!!!

Baked Pork Chops I
I saw the rating on this one and though t this would be great to try..... my husband took one bite and looked at me with those eyes that said"please dont make me eat this." I then tasted it and grabbed hold of his dish told him he didnt have to eat it and then I stuck a frozen dinner in the oven. This was truly not good.... too much wine and the mushroom soup made it very salty.
