Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
This recipe can seem like it's hard to make with having to roll it and all, but it really was easy! I used parchment paper instead of waxed paper like other suggested. This worked perfectly. The paper comes right off when you flip over the cake and it also rolls up great and no sticking. I followed the directions exactly except for using parchment paper instead of waxed paper. Tastes great. Everyone loves it and can't believe it's homemade!

Strawberry Milkshake Supreme

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2009
Rich, creamy and sweet! I used 7 frozen strawberries as they are out of season right now. I also used Splenda to cut down some calories. This milkshake was plenty thick for me. Not sure how others came out too runny, except maybe try frozen strawberries next time.

Cappuccino in a Jar

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2008
This was the best tasting cappuccino I've ever had! So very versatile also. I used instant vanilla coffee, sugar caramel creamer and splenda. Also used no sugar added chocolate mix and it tasted wonderful. I LOVE anything sweet tasting and this fit the bill perfectly. Better than any gourmet cappucino I've had and MUCH cheaper. Thank you so much for the recipe.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2008
Well, I don't usually like oatmeal cookies, but because of all the rave reviews I decided to try this recipe. Needless to say I am now an oatmeal cookie fan. These were absolutely delightful! I added 1 tsp. vanilla and used 3/4 cup shortening and 1/4 stick butter to help the cookies spread a bit better, but other than that, didn't change a thing! Thank you for turning me into an oatmeal fan!!

Indoor S'mores

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2008
This is a quick and easy recipe...and very tasty! I love chewy bars and this fits the bill. For those of you who had problems, I would recommend melting the chocolate mixture in the microwave. It will turn out much softer and easier to stir into the golden graham cereal. The only reason I can think of why the mixture would harden so fast is that it's being cooked too long or too high. If making on stovetop, try using a candy thermometer. I also added 1 tsp. vanilla to melted mixture and then stirred in one cup mini marshmallows after I stirred the chocolate/cereal mixture up a bit.

Neapolitan Cookies I

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2008
This was a super easy recipe! Used plastic wrap instead of waxed paper. Only had to refrigerate for two hours and came out of the pan beautifully. I had to grease the baking sheets as they were a bit difficult without greasing them. I also sprinkled with white sugar crystals. This gave it the extra "kick" it needed. Perfect recipe. Thanks!! Soft Sugar Cookies V

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2007
WOW! This is the perfect sugar cookie! I took others advice and omitted the nutmeg and added 1/4 tsp. almond extract. I couldn't wait to make them, so only chilled for 3 hours, then sprinkled wax paper with powdered sugar and added a little to the dough. Rolled out great and very easy to work with after that. Also baked for about 7-7 1/2 min. Used Really Good Frosting recipe from this site to top the cookies and they were de-lish!!! Thanks a million. This is my go to sugar cookie recipe from now on.

Gingerbread Boy Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2007
This recipe turned out perfect. The dough was very easy to handle and rolled out perfectly. This is the only dough I've ever made that wasn't sticky at all. Thank you so much for the post. Only thing I changed was to roll out my dough on a surface covered with powdered sugar instead of flour. Many Thanks!!

Plain Cake Doughnuts

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2007
Finally!! This is the recipe I've been looking for. I've tried two other doughnut recipes but they didn't turn out well. This dough was so easy to handle and no problems with stickiness as with the others. Tastes just like the ones my mom used to make. Thank You so much for submitting this recipe. I added frosting and sprinkles to a few and they were delish!! They are wonderful plain also.

Grandpa's Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2007
Thank you so much for submitting this recipe! This tastes exactly like the fudge I remember from childhood. It's also very easy to make, as I've never before made fudge. Thanks to all the reviewers who gave me some great tips to make this turn out so well! I would say definately use a candy thermometer. You can't go wrong that way.

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2007
WOW!!! I've been searching for the perfect peanut butter bar recipe and this is most definately it! The perfect blend of peanut butter and sweetness. As other reviewers stated, I also think this tasted like peanut butter cups, just not as rich, which is just the right flavor for a bar. I used 1/2 cup butter instead of 1 cup and it turned out great. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe!!!
