Spicy Tuna Fish Cakes

I felt that this recipe was just ok for me. I felt that it was lacking texture and flavor. I served to with a lemon caper sauce which did help. It really think this recipe has potential though. I will try it back again but next time I think I will add some black beans and corn to the mixture and serve it with a chipolte sauce overtop and see how that works

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

All I can say is AWESOME!!!! This pie was so very good!!! And pretty simple. I used Pillsbery ready-made crust and it was still awesome!! The most time consuming part was peeling and coring the apples other than that it was a sinch!! I will use this recipe for years to come!!! It came out great!!!

Sugar Cookie Icing

This was a very good icing recipe. Note: It does need more milk and corn syrup than the recipe calls for. Other wise they turned out beautifully.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These where good. Not the best cookies I have ever had but they where still good. Here is a tip to keep your cookies soft. Put them in a tin and put a slice of bread on the top. I picked this tip up from a co-worker and it works evertime.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Excellent!! I was very worried because I've never cooked anything with pesto sauce and it had a strange smell while cooking. But I recived 5 stars from the boyfriend! I thought it was great until I realized pesto contains pine nuts and I am highly allergic to nuts. So this recipe went over so well with the fam that after a half a bottle of benadryl I will still make it again..this time using my own pesto sauce ommiting the nuts!! Then even I will get to enjoy it as much as everyone else did!!!

Very Good!!! I loved this recipe...didn't change a thing. Although my boyfriend does not like Honey Mustard dressing so I left his without. Wonderful Recipe...thx 4 sharing!!

This was ok.....I added more half and half because the sauce was very thick. I think next time I'll add more garlic and less cayanne pepper. Even though my son ate it he said it was hot so next time I'll reduce it to 1/4 of a teaspoon but def. more garlic. It was good but needs tweaking

Chicken Piccata

Easy and good!! Smells awesome while cooking! Mostly I follow the recipe 2 the T the first time I make it and then make adjustments later. I tasted the chicken before I served it and thought it was great but might be missing a lil something so I got out some fresh mushrooms and sliced them sauteed in butter with garlic sauce. Then topped it with the mixture. This was simple and quick. Although next time I might try olive oil to replace the butter. Thx for sharing!!

Baked Ziti I

This was just ok.....I thought since it had so many great review...it would be awesome!! But there was nothing really special about it. Followed recipe to the T and it's not one I'll keep. It was lacking something and the sour cream was not good in it. Adding to this...I thought I would give this one a shot again I added less sour cream and replaced the ground beef with sausage and got rave reviews!! Now it's a keeper!! Sausage was the key!! Without it, it's very bland.....

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

OMG!!! so good!! I took another reviewer's advice and put a thin layer of breadcrumbs on the bottem. Worked great!! Very filling but soooo good!!! I also let my chicken sit in the garlic butter sauce for a few minutes until and I used fancy shredded Chedder and it stuck to the chicken just fine.

Chicken Parmigiana

Easy and Great!! My boyfriend is so picky!!! It's hard to find anything that he'll eat. He loved this one and it didn't require a lot of effort. I made sure to use polly-o cheese and a good sauce. The only thing I did different was to use chicken cutlets so and this was wonderful! Thanks for the great recipe!

Momma's Wine Cake

AWESOME!!! This is a great recipe!! Not 2 sweet!! Even the kids loved it! It got rave reviews from the whole family!! Great, Great, Great...need I say more. I dusted the top with powdered suger. The only thing i'll do different next time is sub applesauce for the oil.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Amazing!!!! When I saw how much curry powder I was putting in I have to admit I was a lil worried but the 1st time I make someone else's recipe I follow it to the T before making any changes. This is awesome just the way it is written!! Great flavor!!! My husband loved it and my mom asked for the recipe! Thank you!!!
