Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2014
My husband and I love this recipe. I made it for about 15 people one night using thighs & breasts, and everyone loved it.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2014
The honey mustard is out of this world. While it was cooking, my husband went into the kitchen for something. When he came back, the first words out of his mouth was how amazing it smelled in the kitchen. The honey mustard tasted just as great. This time I used regular yellow mustard. I think I'll try using dijon or spicy mustard next time just to see if one is better than the other.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2014
These were out of this world. I will definitely make these again. Just a piece of advice, if you don't like onions and are looking to not use them, don't bother with the recipe. The onions are a necessity.

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2014
One review I read said if your tongue can't handle the heat, reduce the red pepper. I'm not big on spicy; however, my husband is. I tried the recipe exactly just to see how much I could handle. I poured myself a glass of milk to assist if needed. It was spicy, but it was manageable for me. I took a sip of milk every 2 or 3 bites to reduce the fire on my tongue. I thought it tasted fantastic, although it could have used a little salt. Next time I make it, I will reduce the pepper to 1/4 tsp and add a dash of salt.

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2014
I loved the mix of the pesto sauce (I used Classico Basil Pesto) and the sun-dried tomatoes (I put in a little bit of the oil from the tomatoes). The Classico Basil Pesto sauce has a lot of garlic in it, so you may not want to add additional garlic; however, we LOVE garlic, so it's all good. If you have leftovers, I would suggest adding a little olive oil to it before heating it up. I heated it up without adding it, and it seemed dry.

I made this Tuesday evening, and my husband and I finished it the next night. The topping is delicious. It's a fantastic meatloaf that I will be making again.

Simple Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2014
This chili was so easy to make, and the amount of spices was perfect. My husband usually add hot sauce to any chili I make because I don't like it too spicy; however, he didn't add any. It was the right kind of spicy for the both of us. I will definitely be making this again.
