Wow! I used boneless chicken thighs that I pounded flat. Most excellent! I'll make sure I always have crackers and potato flakes in stock!

Pork Tenderloin alla Napoli

I made this for my parents, mom is still raving about it. I finally got to use my mega cast iron pan. Do remember that when it comes out of the oven, it too is 400* and don't touch it without a mitt. I did make extra sauce as suggested.

Red Wine Sesame Biscuits

Surprisingly yummy. I have a tendency to try weird recipes, this qualified. The 5 minute rest time was important. It gets the baking powder activated. You want to keep those air pockets! I was very careful not to over work the dough while cutting so the cookies would remain light. Will make these again, definitely.

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

tasty morsels! I too had to make them by hand and felt it needed more flour. Close to 5 1/2cups total. No problem with the second rising. My kids wolfed them down! I had to tell my son one was enough. I hope they are still good tomorrow.

Tyler's Raspberry Thumbprints with White Chocolate Glaze

They are yummy. I did bake them about 15 minutes on parchment paper. No sticking and lightly golden. I used blueberry preserves and a tsp. of lemon extract for variety. I still have to glaze them and may do a confectioners sugar with lemon juice icing...not sure and the cookies are still hot.

Rhubarb Cheesecake

perhaps i had defective rhubarb, mine was still crunchy and runny which made the crust soggy. And i followed it exactly, by that i mean i didn't do ANYTHING different from the original. won't bother trying to cook rhubarb ahead, wasn't that impressed with cheesecake layer flavor.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are fab. I made a 1/2 batch since I was in a hurry. I made giant cookies. 1/2 cup of the dough. i slightly flattened them and put a slight dent in the center so it would cook evenly. baked at 375 for 13-14 minutes. yum.

Plain Cake Doughnuts

Just went apple picking and the hubby wanted donuts. I knew I'd find one here at all recipes. to make mine 'cider' donuts. i used a packet of instant apple cider powder (single serve size). I put the contents of that packet in the '1/2 cup' measuring cup and topped it off with the regular sugar. No other changes. A hit with him and my daughter also. she had to leave the room so she wouldn't eat the whole batch.
