About this Cook
Im a wife and mom of 2 teenagers and have my own homebased business helping others with their health and finances. Im also thankful for all my Savior, Jesus has done for me. I love to garden, flowers & veggies. We as a family love tent camping around the country, the beauty of creation is amazing to see up close.
My favorite things to cook
I love to try out new recipes, the weirder the better. Bread making is a favorite, it was an aquired skill and worth learning. Cooking for company is fun, daily dinner making not so much.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My kids laugh about how my mom always makes the same thing when they go there, breaded chicken cutlets, mashed potatoes and corn. Guess Ill do that for their kids someday!
My cooking triumphs
Pizza dough, the only reason Ill order pizza and not make it myself depends on how hot it is outside. I've grilled pizza too, except in the rain!
My cooking tragedies
My sister still makes fun of my childhood attempt at fried peaches in grape jelly. Apparently it was quite a mess. I've blocked it from my memory.

Raspberry Pecan Rugelach
This is the recipe I've also had and it is so easy. The results are great. I've filled mine with nutella, honey cinnamon & walnuts, apricot preserves. That is 3 separate batches not all on one! Get creative, but keep the filling thin or it will ooze and stick. Glad I have an easy place to find this now, instead of digging through my index card recipes!
