Girl who has extensively traveled and loves to try new international food. I am located in the great state of Texas. I am big foodie who cooks all natural healthy stuff. No artificial flavoring for me.
My favorite things to cook
Chinese and Japaneses. I stayed three summers in Hong Kong. Also if it has duck in it my name is on it. Lol. I love duck.
My favorite family cooking traditions

My cooking triumphs
Today I was experimenting with some bok choy, chow mien noodles, spinach, ect. Just some stuff that I had on hand and boy the dish came out good. I submitted it to the site.
My cooking tragedies
Cooked ground turkey. One time it came out mushy and pink. The meat was obviously not fresh! I threw the dish away.
