I have made this several times and adusted it to our taste. They're really, really good and even my kids love them! They are much better than store bought and I know exactly what goes into them. Definitely a new staple snack recipe in our house.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Fantastic! I've made these several times and they never last long. The edges are crispy and the center is soft - yummy! The only change I made was to use real butter and I put in a splash of vanilla extract. Although they are wonderful made as is!!

Vanilla Ice Cream VIII

This was SO good! I was looking for a quick and easy cool treat to make on a hot day. This definitely hit the spot. My kids and husband loved it. I substitued Splenda for half of the sugar and it came out wonderful! I will be making it again...and again...and again!

Golden Peach Muffins

These were GREAT! I adjusted the recipe to make 18 muffins. I also did half brown sugar, half white sugar as some suggested. I used the whole can of peaches - liquid and all since the batter seemed dry. I made a quick struesel pecan topping (butter, flour, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon) and they were just awesome. I'll be making these again.

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations

Really good and very easy! Nice flavor and texture. I used butter crisco instead of regular shortening. I did have to bake it longer than suggested though.
