About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I love anything that involves baking!!
My cooking triumphs
I've learned to bake breads and cheesecakes pretty well. I'm also pretty creative with cake ideas.
My cooking tragedies
During my first year of marriage, I tried to make an apple and pork chop dish. It turned out so bad. It was burnt and completely unrecognizeable.

Orange Jewel
After reading the reviews, I decided to use 1/4 cup of sugar and used fat free ice cream (even though I really like sweet things!). It was so good and still pretty sweet. Will definitely make this again.

1-Dish Taco Bake
I doubled the recipe including the yeast. This made too strong a yeasty taste. No one would eat it. But the idea is great, so i'm going to try again using 3 envelopes of yeast rather than 4. I hope this solves it because it sounds so good!
