About this Cook
I'm 44 years old, married for 9 years and have no kids. I love to cook and bake. I love cleaning house but I hate to do laundry. People often think that I am very funny and my favorite word is, "groovy". I just thought I would throw that in. LOL
My favorite things to cook
There are so many things I enjoy cooking but I would have to say that my most favorite things are enchiladas, both chicken and beef. pot pies, spaghetti, tacos, garlic bread, and many tradtional mexican dishes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making Tamales for Christmas, Posole for New Years and Chicken Pot Pies for comfort foods during the winter.
My cooking triumphs
Chicken cordon bleu
My cooking tragedies
LOL Everytime I think about this I always start to bust out laughing. I have to say that my biggest cooking disaster tradgity was trying to make Hamburger Helper Stroganof from the box. I guess I prefer to do it by came out better.
