These sandwiches were a huge hit at my sister's baby shower. I used Hawaiian rolls and didn't change a thing. Will make again and again!

Easy OREO Truffles

Delicious! Everyone raves about these. I use the entire bag of oreos in the mixture not reserving anything to sprinkle on top. I am sure it is good either way, but I wanted to avoid the extra step.

This is delicious and easy soup! I also used the Taco Seasoning I recipe from this site which gave it a little kick. I let this cook while I was at work so I could not shred the chicken 5 hours in...shredded it right before serving and it was just as good.

Taco Seasoning I

This is delicious and easy soup! I also used the Taco Seasoning I recipe from this site which gave it a little kick. I let this cook while I was at work so I could not shred the chicken 5 hours in...shredded it right before serving and it was just as good.

Waffles I

I did not like these waffles at all. I did not eat them and made a different recipe. Maybe I did something wrong, but they were very bland and almost rubbery.

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

Satay Chicken Pizza

These were pretty good. I added shredded carrots to give them more toppings. One slice of cheese was not enough to cover the entire pita (at least not the ones I bought!) so I would plan for having more handy.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Easy and yummy!! Once cooked, I shredded the chicken and like others I added black beans. I also served it with alvocado on top.

Thai Chicken Balls

These are fantastic. I have made them multiple times and have gotten rave reviews. I made them first without the ginger and minced garlic that others suggested and then again with. I definitely think they are better with the garlic and ginger added. I also bake them instead of frying. Served with sweet chile sauce or soy sauce they are delicious! They are also very good with a veggie only version of the Thai Noodle Salad also from this site.
