Italian Turkey Meatballs

Love this recipe! Only thing I changed was using dried parsley, rosemary and oregano. Other than that, it was great. Ill put a little less parsley in it next time, but that's it. This one is a keeper!!!Someone else said their husband thought it was regular beef. Mine did too!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

This recipe was pretty good. I followed it as written. For flavor, I'd give it 5 stars,(definitely make sure to salt and pepper the beef to your liking while browning it because that makes a big difference for the overall outcome) but 4 overall because the rice was still hard. And I even cooked it over an hour to see if that would help, but it didn't! So, personally, these are the changes I'd make next time; use 1 cup cooked rice, Drain the can of diced tomatoes, and mix in the soup topping a bit throughout the beef mixture, as it did not seep through it. Then it will be perfect!

Stuffed Jack-O-Lantern Bell Peppers

Im reviewing this recipe based on the actual recipe. I did not change a thing. If you like mustard, than this is for you. I made this for my family, and all 6 of us thought it was waaay too tangy and we couldn't taste anything else but mustard. If I were to ever make this again, Id have to literally just put a teaspoon of mustard in it, and add rice, like I read other people did. As written, this recipe was also very "juicy". Also another reason to add the rice. I was surprised at the dissapointment of this recipie, given the high ratings.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

SOOOOOO Mouthwateringly good!!! I used a 3.5lb pork shoulder, (pork Butt) and 1 can of beef broth. Set it on low for 8 hrs in the crockpot and it was done! Shredding it was so easy, it literally fell apart to the touch. Just took out the bone and fat and it was amazing with the Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Also added about a 1/2 cup of remaining broth. (Extra tip: I strained the liquid and had amazing pork broth. Used it to make split pea soup! Best I ever made. Its a huge difference from using the chicken or vegetable broth. Has that really authentic pork flavor.)

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Surprisingly good! I didn't have celery salt on hand so I didn't use that, but it was still delicious. I tried the sauce after I made it and questioned it, but once it's baked and the sauce gets slightly browned, the parmesan flavor pops, and it gives it such a wonderful flavor. I'll make this again for sure.

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing

Yum! This was great. It had the sweetness I was looking for with the cornbread, and just the right amount of spice to counteract it. One thing I changed; for the first time, I used only one tablespoon of sage, since I didn't know how I would like it. It was perfect. Just use a little less like I did if you don't want it to overpower the other flavors like the onion and celery.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Loved it!!! The lemon slices were so great, I will do this with any fish recipe that calls for lemon. It was so much better than just using lemon juice whle baking. The sauce was a nice way too cool down the heat from the cajun and pepper seasoning. Will make this one again for sure!

Chicken Enchiladas I

This was ok, if you dont categorize it as an enchilada. By no means was this an authentic Mexican dish. My husband who is Mexican, said they were good, but they shouldnt be called enchiladas. They should be called Enchilada burritos! And next time I wont be adding the basil. It threw the taste off a bit.

Raisin Bread II

Excellent combination of flavors! This was great on the chicken, and I also used it on my salad. Makes a great marinade, dip, or salad dressing! Will make this my staple honey mustard sauce!

Super Duper Zucchini Muffins

This was ok, with a little tweaking. I did double the cinnamon. I also doubled the nutmeg, which I'm not gong to next time. It was overpowering. I added a bit more sugar and used half wheat flour and half regular flour. Ill make these again, and also, grate the zucchini with the fine grater, not the bigger one.
