Good New Orleans Creole Gumbo

This was so good! We loved it. I halved the recipe but other than that followed it exactly. I will be making this again and again!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

This was very easy and good! People loved it. I followed the recipe exactly except I used regular vanilla extract. The next time I am going to cut the butter amount in half. It just puddled on top and was not necessary.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

These were really good, I even used ground 99% fat free turkey breast. I did mix shredded mozzerella cheese into the mixture instead of slices on top. It helped to keep them moist.
