These were great! Easy and excellent for party. I used 3lbs of ground chuck, 1/2 onion diced finely (and cooked those in with browning meat) and 1-1/2 packets of french onion soup mix, next time I think I may just use a full 2 pkgs. and a whole onion. Also I added about 2 tsp of garlic powder. I let meat cool after draining and used the same recommended amount of mayo for the original recipes 2lbs of meat and used abt 2-3 cups of mild cheddar cheese. I used tin foil as my cooking apparatus and sprayed bottom with Pam. Placed bottom half of Hawaiian rolls on tin foil, spread the meat mixture over and put tops on. Then I wrapped up tin foil tight and placed on baking sheets for recommended time + additional 5 min. Keeping them in the tinfoil definitely keeps the bread soft. Using the 3lbs if meat I made 36 burgers (and even had prob 2-3 extras worth of meat but I ran out of buns). Will definitely make again!
