Cranberry Nut Bread II

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2007
This was just awesome! Didn't change a thing except I used dried cranberries (Craisins) instead of fresh/frozen.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2012
I made this tonight for supper and it is simply delicious! The only thing I changed was that I used Dijon mustard instead of regular yellow mustard. As per other reviewers suggestions, I covered the chicken with foil for the first 30 minutes. This is a quick and easy recipe but most important, it is really tasty! Thanks Mary for posting!

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
Oh my, this was delicious! I didn't have low-sodium soy sauce so I used 1/2 cup regular soy sauce + 1/4 cup water to substitute. As per some other reviews I added 2 bay leaves and 1/2 TBSP of peppercorns. It only had to cook 4 hours in my slow cooker and the meat was falling off the bone! Thanks for a delicious and easy recipe.

I followed the recipe exactly as stated and wouldn't change a thing. The entire family loved it and it was gone in less than a day!

Spicy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2015
Made this last night for dinner. I broiled the chicken breasts in the oven as our BBQ is stored away for the winter. Hubby found it a tad too spicy for his taste but my daughter and I loved it. The next time I make the spice mix I'll cut back on the cayenne a bit to please him.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2013
Made this last night as a side dish with our shrimps and it was delicious! I did change the amounts of balsamic vinegar and soya sauce as stated in previous reviews, using 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and only 1 teaspoon of soya sauce. However, just out of curiosity I want to try the original recipe just to see what it tastes like. I also loved the texture of the asparagus after baking it in the oven. I've never done that before and it was gooood!!! Thanks for posting.

Easy and Delicious! I followed the recipe exactly as is and it was finger licking good! Next time I'll try it with brown sugar as per other reviewers suggestions just to change it up a bit.

Dry Onion Soup Mix

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2011
Excellent! Tastes just like Liptons Onion Soup Mix. I prepare individual packages of the mix by placing the mix in snack-sized ziploc baggies. And when a recipe calls for an envelope of onion soup I simply grab one of the zip loc bags. And by the way, I reuse the baggies. :)

Chocolate Eclair Cake

Absolutely wonderful and so easy to throw together. Made this for my son's 23rd birthday today. I actually made it yesterday as these type of cakes always taste better after they sit a while. Thanks for posting!

Salsa Chicken

I made this last night and all I can say is WOW! Easy and super-delicious. I didn't change a thing except I sprinkled a bit more taco mix on the chicken breasts. Definitely a keeper! Thanks for the recipe.

Chris' Bay Area Burger

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2015
Made these tonight for supper and they are simply delicious! I cut back on the EVOO to only 1 tablespoon and decreased the salt to 1 teaspoon but kept everything else the same. Totally juicy and tasty! Looking forward to making them again very soon!

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2013
Made this tonight for dinner and all I can say is that this recipe is simple and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly as is but chose to grill the chops on the barbecue instead of baking them in the oven. I also marinated the chope for 1/1-2 hours. A definite repeat! Thank you for posting,

Pretty Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
Absolutely delicious! Followed the recipe to a "T", but the family found it a bit salty so will cut down on the soy sauce next time and probably on the oil also. A keeper!

Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2015
Made this for my Chrismukka party and it was the first thing to disappear off the buffet table! I followed the recipe as is except I increased the kielbasa (I used turkey kielbasa) to 2 pounds and there was still so much sauce left over. Used only 1 tsp Tabasco. Making it again tonight for supper!

Pesto Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2013
Made this tonight for dinner and it was AMAZING! It looks and tastes like something you could order in a fine Italian restaurant. I did not use 2 tablespoons of pesto per breast as that seemd excessive. I used 1 heaping teaspoon of pesto per breast and the family thought it was perfect! This is a great company dish. I gave it five stars for ease of preparation and taste! Thanks for posting this fabulous recipe.
