Chris' Bay Area Burger

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2015
Made these tonight for supper and they are simply delicious! I cut back on the EVOO to only 1 tablespoon and decreased the salt to 1 teaspoon but kept everything else the same. Totally juicy and tasty! Looking forward to making them again very soon!

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2015
Made this tonight for supper and it was pretty good. I doubled the amount of oil and garlic as the chicken breasts were pretty big. I added some salt to the breadcrumb mixture as well.

Barbie's Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2015
I would give his recipe 10 stars if I could! This recipes raises tuna salad to a whole other level. I ate it on a bed of mixed greens. I only used 2 Tablespoons of mayo and found it to be enough especially because the relish made it moist and easy to mix. I didn't add dill weed as I didn't have any. This recipe is a keeper! Thanks for posting.

Aush (Afghani Chili)

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2015
Made this around Christmas time for a group of people. It didn't go over very well. In fact it was the only dish that was left over. My daughter was the only one who appreciated it.

Made this as a side dish for supper tonight and it got gobbled up! Did not have garlic chili sauce so used Heinz Chili Sauce with a teaspoon of garlic powder mixed in, as per other reviewers' advice. Thank you for posting.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2015
OMG! Made these for supper tonight and they were just amazing! I followed the recipe as written except I cut each brussel sprout in half which cuts down on the roasting time. I roasted them for about 25-30 minutes.

Low Carb Zucchini Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2015
I started a low carb diet and was excited when I found this recipe. I tried it out tonight at supper and all I can say is that It was delicious! While I was peeling the zucchini into "noodles" I was thinking what a pain in the neck it was to do but I loved that the zucchini actually looked like noodles! I added garlic to the EVOO as per some other reviewers' suggestions. After eating the zucchini I can say it was worth the extra time to peel them into noodles. Will definitely repeat! Thanks for posting!

Simple Lemon Herb Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2015
I absolutely LOVED this chicken! It tastes just like the chicken at my favorite Greek restaurant! As I didn't have fresh lemons I just splashed some bottled lemon juice on the chicken and in the pan and it turned out fabulous, just fabulous! Will be making it again this week! And I can't believe how easy it was to make and so low in calories too! This is a great recipe for people watching their carb intake. Thanks for posting.

Spicy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2015
Made this last night for dinner. I broiled the chicken breasts in the oven as our BBQ is stored away for the winter. Hubby found it a tad too spicy for his taste but my daughter and I loved it. The next time I make the spice mix I'll cut back on the cayenne a bit to please him.

Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2015
Made this for my Chrismukka party and it was the first thing to disappear off the buffet table! I followed the recipe as is except I increased the kielbasa (I used turkey kielbasa) to 2 pounds and there was still so much sauce left over. Used only 1 tsp Tabasco. Making it again tonight for supper!

Black Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: May 16, 2014
Delicious! Made it for dinner tonight and it was a huge hit. The only thing I changed is that I didn't use rosemary as the family doesn't like it and I used garlic powder instead. The chicken was moist, tender and juicy and the lemon flavor was right on! Thanks Chef John!

The Most Easy and Delish Meatloaf EVER!

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2014
Made this meatloaf for supper tonight and all I can say is that it's DELICIOUS! I had a 10 ounce can of Rotel ( does Rotel even make a 14 ounce can?) which I put in. Instead of the Ritz crackers I had to substitute 1/2 cup of matzo meal due to the holiday of Passover and it was still delicious. I could only imagine what the meatloaf tastes like with the Ritz crackers, and I will try it again with the Ritz after Passover finishes. Thank you for posting this winning recipe!
