Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

These have got to be the best chocolate chip cookies Ever! I used whole wheat flour and they were absolutely fabulous..definitely a keeper recipe

Glen's Cheese Sauce

This recipe was excellent. The sauce was very creamy. I did use more cheddar than called for. I also added parmesan cheese. I love strong cheddar taste. I used it to make macaroni and cheese> Very quick and simple to prepare. Looks of flexibility as well with cheese varieties depending on what you have in the fridge.

Creamy Blueberry Pie

This was a awesome twist on a blueberry pie. I loved it. I used frozen blueberries in the recipe and I should have added flour to the blueberries. it was rather juicy with the frozen berries. Next time I will use fresh and compare. Either way This pie was fabulous. I will definitely make it again.

Szechwan Shrimp

I loved this recipe...Very simple yet very very delicious. I like some heat in my food but not a lot. I reduced the crushed red pepper to 1/4 tsp. I also served my shrimp with fettucini because I had some left over in the fridge. It was great with the pasta. Kudos to the cook who developed this recipe.

Spicy BBQ Chicken

This was a quick and easy replacement for commercial barbecue sauces. I upped the brown sugar and added liquid smoke. I ended up with a hot, sweet and smoky barbecue sauce. Freaking awesome!

Chicken Quesadillas

I loved this simple supper recipe. I took the advise of various cooks about heating the tortilla's! They turned out just like a restaurants. I also used the advise to make my own seasoning mix. It was fabulous. I will never buy another package of seasoning again!

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

Very simple but very flavourful. I loved it. You can add any veggie you have in the house to it. I added cucumbers because I had them. I would definitely make this again. It was delicious. Great with my spicy turkey burgers!

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

This recipe was easy easy easy. Tasted great. I used sun dried tomato pesto. I would definitely suggest that you season the chicken with salt before browning. I am not a salt lover but It really needed a little something to give it a kick.

Arrabbiata Sauce

Without a doubt my all time favorite sauce. I make it regularly...exactly as written. I use wheat pasta with it and some kind of protein whether its chicken, sun dried tomato sausages or beef. A true fast food for the health conscious!!!

Roasted Vegetable Orzo

I loved this. It was easy and delicious. You can add any vegetable you like to the roast. I followed the instructions almost to the letter, except the portabellos, I just used the fresh mushrooms I had in the fridge. I will be making this again. I was generous with the pepper and salt on the vegetables. Thanks for the recipe

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I made this with recipe so many times I have lost count. It is delicious, easy and economical. It is my favorite go to pizza crust. I haven't used another recipe since discovering this. I tried it with whole week flour and it didn' turn out but for everyday white crust its great.
