Pork Tenderloin alla Napoli
Omg!!! This was so good. Followed all directions except for hvy cream, didn't have any so used milk & butter. Will definitely make gain. Cooked in just under 1 hour.

Grecian Pork Tenderloin
Very tasty. The lemon really infuses the pork. I browned it on the stove top first, then put in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. I let it sit for 10 minutes, covered before I served it. Everyone loved it. Will definately do it again.It definately does have a lot of marinade left over.

Byrdhouse Mushroom Barley Pilaf
OMG!! This was so good. I will definately do over. I did exactly as receipe called for except for the sherry. I didn't have so I used port instead.
