These were fun to make. I'm not a big chip eater, so I usually don't buy them. However I had a craving for them today, so I decided to try making them myself. It was super easy and fast, and I like how you can flavor them to your liking. The first batch I seasoned with a pepper and garlic combination (yum!) and the second batch I used a cayenne seasoning (it was okay, but not great). The hardest part is slicing them as thin as possible. The best tool I had on hand was a knife, so some slices were thicker than others, but overall, the final product was nonetheless delicious.
