Absolutely the Best Nacho Dip Ever

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! This is SOOOOOOO DELICIOUS!!!! I made very slight changes and I think they made a huge difference, but the basic recipe still deserves 5 stars. I used a combo of shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar and added a small can of sliced black olives on top for color. But, the MOST important change I made, was to eliminate all of the shredded lettuce and used a big bunch of chopped cilantro instead. OUTSTANDING!!! My family and guests RAVED!!

Lemon Cooler Cream Cake

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!! THE BEST!!!!!!!! I made this for friends this weekend and I used lemon pudding instead of vanilla! My friends asked me to make it for their wedding!! This cake is so good, they want it to be their wedding cake!!

Shrimp and Crab Casserole

How did this get such great reviews? I made it tonight and it is not good AT ALL! Bland, Bland, Bland. I even added some dill, Old Bay and a little garlic trying to spruce it up a bit. AWFUL!! Don't waste your time on this dish!

Marcia's Famous Sticky Buns

DELICIOUS!!! In fact, I was inspired by this recipe, made a few changes, and won 2nd place in the Pennsylvania State Farm Show sticky bun contest! I made my own sticky bun bread dough, filled them with brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans, and then I covered them with a cooked mixture of this recipe, but used half vanilla and half butterscotch cook and serve pudding. Also, used pecans. Very good! Thanks for inspiring me!

Hot Artichoke Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Enjoyed this very much! Also agree that it is best served with sourdough bread chunks. I cut down the mayo to 3/4 cup and added 1/4 cup cream cheese. Very good!

Fabulous Wet Burritos

Really, really delicious!!! Only change that I made, was to roll up the meat/bean mixture inside tortilla; put all burritos in a 13x9 pan; cover with tomato soup mixture; top with cheese and bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes. YUMMY!!! Husband like too!

Noodles Riviera

This recipe was not bad, but it is nothing special. I'm surprised at all the great reviews that made it sound so outstanding. It has very little flavor. Followed the recipe closely, but ended up sprinkling garlic and Italien seasoning over the top, b/c it was just too bland. Also, used to extra cheese trying to "liven" it up a bit. Will not make again.

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

OUTSTANDING!!! Added twice the spinach and some chopped cooked chicken breast. It was excellent! The whole family loved--even my 15 month old loved it! MMMM...MMM...Delicious!!

Zucchini Alfredo

AMAZING!!! I changed it just a bit and will make over and over!! GREAT way to use zucchini! I cooked onions in with the zucchini and added about a 1/2 c. of parm right to the sauce. I also added shrimp to the sauce. My family LOVED!!

Slow Cooker Pork

AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! Used 4.5 lb. pork loin with the bone in. Used shredded pork in tacos! OUTSTANDING!!! And the left-overs were just as good!

Spinach and Feta Pita Bake

OUTSTANDING!!! My husband missed having no "meat",so next time I will add some chopped chicken to his, but this recipe is FABULOUS as is! I added oregano, basil and parm to the pesto before spreading. I also added sliced onions, in addition to the spinach, mush, and tomatos. I sprinkled the top with basil, parm and black pepper and then topped with feta. Drizzled a little EVOO over top before baking. YUMMY!!! One of my new favorites. BTW, my 14 month old didn't really like this--not very little kid friendly, but GREAT for older kids/adults.

Pepperoni Stuffed Mushrooms

Pretty good, but not 5 stars. I sauteed the mushroom caps in a little EVOO before stuffing, as suggested. If I make again, I will sprinkle a bit of mozz cheese over the top before baking. It seemed to be missing something--I think it needs the cheese.

These were good, but not 5 star. Followed recipe exactly, except that I sauteed the mushroom caps for just a few minutes in a little EVOO so they were a bit softer before stuffing. Just OK in our opinion.
