Easy Decadent Truffles

I haven't made this yet. but I am sooo looking forward to making them. i am thinking of doing mint, brandy, coffee, dark chocolate, peanut butter, and caramel filled. okay I made them today and OMG they are so delicious!

Honey Butter Yule Ham

I made this ham tonight for myself and my little sister. But i added pear juice and pears to the pan. It was AWESOME and DELICIOUS and as my sister says "YUMMY IN MY TUMMY" I thickened the juices a bit and my sister dubbed it a sweet pear gravy. It was amazing

Caramel Popcorn

this stuff is AMAZING!! I used 1 2/3 cup dark brown sugar and 1/3 white suga also 6 quarts or popcorn rather than 5. It was more than enough caramel to cover all the popcorn. I kept my popcorn warm in the oven (250) while making the caramel. I also added peanuts. Once the caramel was added in I only baked for 15 minutes. The result? A nice balance of crunch and chew. The only difference I'll make next time, and believe me there will be MANY next times with this recipe, is have someone else stir the caramel in. It killed my arm.

Classic Butter Cookies II

i am making this recipe right now. i have the dough chilling and i had to add a bit more sugar. so far the dough seems really good. hope it tastes as good as it looks after making the cookies a few times. i found them to be a little too moist and kept falling apart. not a very good recipe

Slow Cooker Garlic Mashed Potatoes

I made this tonight as a side dish and no one really cared for it. I would much rather just boil the garlic and onion with the potatoes and mash it together and add chives. Turns out with a lot more flavour
