Roasted Corn and Garlic Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2007
Doubled this recipe for a group and it was a hit. I used a few roasted ears of corn and a can of corn. I also added some diced green and red pepper towards the end of the cooking process. Wonderful & easy.

Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Shoulder

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2010
Excellent! Used a 6 lb. pork shoulder roast, bone in. Added as much of the liquid as my 6 qt. slower cooker allowed leaving the 1/2 inch uncovered. Doubled spices. Cooked on high 8.5 hours. It was a hit, and I don't usually bring the main course meat dish! After shredding and putting meat back in slow cooker, added a little cayenne pepper and BBQ sauce. How I wish there were some leftovers! Thanks.

Cheeseburger Soup I

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2010
Wonderful! I got this from Taste Of Home several years ago - only difference being that it called for Velveeta, so I've always used that. It's fall now, and I've been getting many requests. Great football food too!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
The best ... perfect soft cookie! Added Ocean Spray Craisins and pecans. Have made them 3x in 2 weeks and they don't last but a few days. To keep moist, put a slice of bread in the cookie jar. Thanks soooo much!

Moist Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2011
These are soooo good with and without chocolate chips! Mayonnaise is made with eggs and oil so when mixed with the bananas, there is plenty of liquid. My new favorite recipe! Thanks so much.

Coconut Cream Cake I

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2012
Outstanding! Gets better with time. My husband and I finished the cake in 3 days! I told him we can't do that again, and I'll only make it if people are coming over or we are taking it somewhere. It is so good. Thanks!

Cool Whipped Frosting

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2012
This is the best frosting. I replaced the vanilla extract with coconut extract and put it on Coconut Cream Cake I by GPAIN on this site. Perfect! I think you could change the pudding flavor and make all kinds of frosting with it. Thanks

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2013
This is almost like my recipe, so I tried it. It was good, but I'll stick with mine: no milk, 12 oz of Cool Whip, and it absolutely needs an Oreo crust. Drizzle some melted chocolate on top. I don't freeze it, but do leave in refrigerator several hours before eating or even over night. I'm requested to bring it to dinners all the time which is great because it's so easy.
