Aunt Ro's Baked Beans

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2013
Made these on Christmas Eve for my wife's birthday/family get together and they were a hit. It say's it makes 6 servings but actually makes a LOT more. Also I made these in the oven instead of a slow cooker, I just baked them at 250 for for 3 hours. AMAZING will make again.

Good stuff! Easy to make and it tasted wonderful. Only thing I changed was I added about a cup of fresh cut green beans. Next time I may add another half of cup of potatoes also.

Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2009
Wonderful recipe. My wife and 4 year old do not like cooked apples, so I used fresh sliced mushrooms instead. Great flavor, pork comes out nice and tender.

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2007
This is an awesome recipe. I make this chili all the time, friends and family love it. I do make one change, I use two 28 oz cans of diced tomatoes in place of the tomato juice. I also add one can of corn.

Shrimp and Crab Bisque

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2007
I have made this twice now and my wife and I love it. First time we used immitation crab it was ok, but the second time we used real crab meat and it was better. Only change I made was I left the bouillon out both times.
