Florentine Artichoke Dip

My Go To recipe. I add sour cream and I use marinated artichokes. I also add some of the marinade juice for flavor. I get asked to bring this dip all the time.

Jimmy Dean Sausage Cheese Balls

Hubby requested these so I did not add celery or minced garlic. They turned out perfectly. I used Jimmy Dean sausage and they were not that greasy.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

I have no idea why I just heard about this from a friend this year. I used this method with turkey bacon and it is perfect. I am telling everyone now. Plus it is quick. I like it crispy so I do it for 20 minutes at 350.

Slow Cooker Barbeque

My husband loved this and has already requested it again. I followed the recipe. I used KC Masterpiece sauce like someone else suggested. I also used Eye of Round Roast which shreds pretty good. Fantastic easy recipe.

Hot Chocolate Mix I

I don't know the exact ratios because I usually make a smaller batch, but this receipe is great. It is what my mom would make a big batch at Christmas and we would drink it all winter long.

German Potato Pancakes

Tender Breaded Turkey Cutlets

My mom made ham for Easter, which my husband and I do not eat. So we were going to bring our own meat. My husband mentioned getting turkey cutlets. I had never cooked with them before. I found this recipe and it was perfect. Every one else was jealous when they saw how they turned out. Hubby loved them. Will be adding them to the menu often. Pros: Quick and easy. It took very little time to coat them and they cooked in 12 minutes. Cons: I had to use more olive oil so the batter would not stick to my pan.
