My mom made ham for Easter, which my husband and I do not eat. So we were going to bring our own meat. My husband mentioned getting turkey cutlets. I had never cooked with them before. I found this recipe and it was perfect. Every one else was jealous when they saw how they turned out. Hubby loved them. Will be adding them to the menu often.
Pros: Quick and easy. It took very little time to coat them and they cooked in 12 minutes.
Cons: I had to use more olive oil so the batter would not stick to my pan.
