This tastes like sweet, cinnamon water. It is light brown in color...not very appetizing. I think I will keep trying.

We didn't add sugar or taste this plain...honestly, I wouldn't eat cream of chicken plain whether it's canned or not. We used this in a chicken and broccoli casserole and it tasted BETTER than when we use the canned cream of chicken. Perhaps some reviews are negative because they actually like to eat cream of chicken by itself? Try this in a casserole and you might actually like it a lot.

Mom's Chili

This is so easy and pretty good. When I made it again though I added more spices, some kidney beans, and a small can of tomato paste and it made an even better chili. Overall, it's a great "starter" recipe.

Tortellini Bites

This is okay. I wouldn't serve it at a party though. I actually ended up rinsing the tortellini's off and eating them plain rather than throwing them away.

Welsh Rarebit I

Just okay. It doesn't look very appealing (kind of like pumpkin pie before it sets). The taste is alright but not fantastic. I probably won't make this again.
