Orzo with Mushrooms and Walnuts

This is fantastic! We enjoyed this so much, we almost forgot to eat the rest of our food. Next time I am going to cut the recipe in half because it makes alot.

Sauteed Scallops

My husband loves scallops and he really enjoyed this recipe. He says it rivals the scallops made at one of his favorite restaurants. Its very easy to make.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was very good. Although beans weren't very thick when they came out of the oven, they did thicken as they cooled. The vinegar and mustard give this dish a little kick. I will definately use this recipe whenever I make baked beans.

Easy Lasagna I

This was great! I wasn't too sure how the noodles would come out, but they were very tender. My husband loved it. He had two helpings and took some to work for lunch. I would add just a little more sauce next time.

Baked Pork Chops I

Very tasty! I had pork chops that weren't really thick, so I cut the baking time to 60 minutes (30 minutes for the pork chops and 30 minutes with the sauce). I definately plan to use this recipe again.
