Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf
This meatloaf turned out great - not dry, flavorful, and made great leftovers. I cut the brown sugar a little for the paste, as I'm not a big fan of sweet things unless it's dessert. The quinoa truly was a "secret" ingredient, adding some texture.

Chicken Scarpariello
This was some of the best chicken I've ever made...and so easy! I salted/peppered the chicken before dredging in the flour, and it turned out too salty. I would recommend following the recipe to the T, and then adding salt at the table as needed. The sauce thickens up and makes a nice gravy. I served over mashed potatoes with green beans, but I think I will try over noodles next time. Thanks for the great recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken Marrakesh
I thought this recipe was kind of bland. I normally love all kinds of ethnic food, but this just didn't appeal to me or my husband. The garbanzos were still crunchy after 5 hours in the crock pot on HIGH. Added 1 cup of chicken broth, as per other reviews, but the chicken still came out kind of dry.
