About this Cook
I am a stay at home mom to 2 wonderful boys, and have a fabulous a husband, who is in the Air Force, so we get to live in many interesting places.
My favorite things to cook
Chicken pot pie, beef stew, my own kind of modern mexican, casseroles, cookies for my boys, any kind desserts, beautiful salads
My cooking tragedies
The entire first year my husband and I were married, I either overcooked or completely did not cook through any protein I was making for dinner, so I always resorted to a quick pasta dish which resulted in both of us gaining a good 10 lbs. I realized then, that as much as I loved to eat good food, I needed to get it together and learn how to cook and create properly in the kitchen!

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill
It was alright taste wise, but it a little too thick and creamy for us, would take the mayo down a notch or two next time, and maybe crunch up some crackers on top for a better texture! My 2 yr. old ate salmon though, so it's staying in my recipe box.
