Peach Cobbler V
just made this withfresh peaches & I think if I make it again,I would add a small amount of sugar to the peaches before putting them on the batter. Other wise,a very good, simple ,easy recipe. Thanks!!!

Strawberry Nut Bread
Very good. Will make again. I did cut the sugar to 1 1/2 c. & the oil to 1/2 c. along with 3/4 cup of oil. It came out really good this way & I cut the fat & calories. The only thing I wish is that the strawberries were crushed & distributed in the bread more. I was in Fla. recently ,in Plant City & I brought home one of their Strawberry Breads & I wish that this bread was more like that one. Very good though.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
This is so good. I did use 1 c. of the chhesecake filling on the bottom layer & the rest was mixed with 3/4 c. of the pumpkin puree. I used 11/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice. Baked it at 350 for 1 hr. It DID crack ,but that is not a big issue. The flavor was just so good. I never made a cheesecake before so I was very impressed. tHANKS FOR THE GREAT RECIPE.
