Fish Chowder

This is a great recipe. I used fresh lake trout and added a little diced garlic. Just the right consistency for chowder

Scrumptious! Moist but not heavy. I left out the pecans. Also I was out of cocoa so added one square of melted unsweetened chocolate after creaming butter and sugar. Instead of adding granualated sugar before baking, I dusted with 10x sugar after it came out of the oven. We loved it,thanks for the recipe.

Perfect Sesame Chicken

This was great. Even better than take out. I steamed some broccoli and added it to the chcken before pouring on the sauce. Perfect!

White Bread III

This is a great machine bread recipe!! The consistency is perfect. I only used 1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt, everything else as stated. I baked it on the 1.5 lb loaf setting( 3 hours total) and the size of the loaf was just right. Try It!!

Flavorful Herb Bread

Try this bread! I usually wait until there are many reviews before I try a new recipe, but I am glad I took the chance. I had to add an extra 1/4 c milk but the loaf rose beautifully and had a wonderful herbed taste. I thought the onion would be overpowering as I added it to the bread machine however it blended during baking and was the perfect amount. Went great with a pot roast.
