Magic Cookie Bars I

I used these tips from another reviewer: Tips - Mix the margarine/butter and graham cracker crumbs together to make a firmer "crust". (My family also melts the margarine in the pan in the oven.) - Pour the condensed milk on the graham cracker crumbs BEFORE adding the other ingredients. It seems to make everything stick together better and it makes it so much more presentable! - Use more than 1 cup of chocolate chips.

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

This was amazing! The only thing I did differently was adjust the baking powder for high altitude (3/4 tsp) and I also added a tsp of coconut milk powder. I topped it with fresh strawberries. My family couldn't get enough.

Amazing Ribs

My entire family said that these were the best they ever had. I skipped the boiling and grilling (too lazy)and put them in a 300 degree oven for 4-5 hours. They fell away from the bone.

Pretty good. I think that 1/4 inch is too thin. They were more like wafers. Next time, I will add more cinnamon and nutmeg.

California Chicken

This was good. I did make a couple of changes just based on preference. I marinated the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic and rosemary for a while. I omitted the onion powder since we don't like onion.

The only thing I didn't like about this, was that I found it to be salty...it must've been the brown sugar. Next time, I think I'll use oatmeal in the streusel.
